Fan and Bulb dimmer with overheat protection circuit // Bulb brightness controller and Fan speed controller





This project is made for controlling the Resistive and Inductive (Brightness, Speed) 

In this project we control the brightness of 100watt Bulb Using Potentiometer, You can also control the speed of motor 

And also I add over heat protection to protect the device to over heat


In above picture ass you can see their have one 100watt bulb, Dc fan and 10k Thermistor  

thermistor sense the temperature and control the circuit 

and Fan cool Down the load


  

Their is the hole circuit which control the switching of the automation 

I use MOSFET, TRIAC, 105J CERAMIC CAPACITOR, DIAC, RELAY, POTNTIOMETER AND RESISTANCE and all components mount on zero PCB and for control the hole circuit we need Battery so I use 9 v 2 battery and arrange in parallel connection
